The Methodology

Professor Ryuta Kawashima's 60-day program

The Japanese system for developing intelligence and memory by Professor Ryuta Kawashima is a 60-day scientific program based on simple daily exercises (reading aloud, rapid counting, simple arithmetic). Regular training for a few minutes a day activates the prefrontal cortex, improves memory and reaction speed, and helps protect against age-related cognitive decline.

Core Principles

  • Work for speedComplete tasks quickly — don't dwell on each answer.
  • Simple tasksMental arithmetic and reading aloud engage more neural connections than complex logic puzzles.
  • RegularityPractice daily for 5–10 minutes instead of rare long sessions.
  • Track progressRecording time and results helps monitor improvements in brain performance.
